Sara & Anastasia are twins, RNs, and board certified nurse coaches (NC-BC) who help nurses to live Well and Whole. They have advanced training in holistic health and wellness, and critical incident stress debriefing.

They offer 1:1 coaching, masterclasses, and workshops centering on the themes of stress management, burnout, mindset, and empowerment.

​

Burnout has become an epidemic, and enough is enough. You can't pour from an empty cup, and living in a state of chronic stress is damaging to the body and mind. As nurses, we must refuse to accept what's toxic just because it's "normal".

Sara and Anastasia believe in empowering nurses to put their self care, health care, and mental wellbeing first. They celebrate work life balance, part time hours, and self care as a lifestyle. They also believe in empowering nurses to do the unconventional, whether that is saying no to overtime, pursuing alternative specialties in nursing, or diving into the world of nurse entrepreneurship. As nurses who have successfully recovered from burnout and found their true purpose in nursing, they are on a mission to help other nurses live their most aligned and empowered lives.

Marissa Sharkey
Registered Dietitian 

Marissa is a Registered Dietitian with a strong clinical background, having worked primarily in intensive care units and with a wide range of medically complex patient populations. Over the course of more than five years, she collaborated closely with nurses, building meaningful professional relationships. During the pandemic, Marissa witnessed firsthand the immense challenges nurses faced, which deeply affected her as well. Experiencing burnout, she ultimately transitioned to a role that offered better work–life balance while still allowing her to make a meaningful impact.  

 

Marissa has a private practice where she accepts cash pay as well as medical insurance plans.  On her instagram you will find valuable educational content and information on her services (which are evolving!). She currently offers 1:1 nutrition counseling to help support people with GI concerns, tube feeding, women’s health (like PCOS and menopause), balanced eating, body image, and weight management. Nurses take care of others, but who takes care of them? Nurses often sacrifice their own comfort and personal needs to take care of their patients. But this sacrifice comes at a cost to them that impacts their health in the long run. Marissa's approach is all about making nutrition feel realistic, sustainable, and personal—because there’s no one-size-fits-all way to be healthy. By working with Marissa, her clients are provided a compassionate, supportive environment where they are empowered to transform their lifestyle with small achievable changes that lead to profound impacts. Lindsey Walker
RN, BSN, HWNC-BC
Holistic Health Practitioner & Coach

Meet Lindsey! She is the Founder of The Holistic Mama, LLC, a business whose foundation is based off holistic health principles and healing.

​

She is a RN, board certified holistic health & wellness nurse coach (HWNC-BC), board certified holistic health practitioner, certified personal trainer, and certified nutrition coach. She holds multiple advanced certifications to include those in nutrition, functional medicine, and behavior change.

​

Lindsey currently offers 1:1 coaching and workshops, but will soon be adding a membership to allow more accessibility in regards to gut health and whole body health and wellness.

​

Poor gut health has become an epidemic, Lindsey recognizes this, and works to empower women to not only become their own best doctor and advocate, but also realize that they truly have the power within them to heal.

Poor gut health and inflammation are at the root of almost all disease. If we are able to heal this, our entire life has the ability to change. We are then able to escape from common ailments such as bloating, joint pain, brain fog, mood swings, and the list could go on.

Which is exactly why you will often hear Lindsey say, "heal your gut, heal your life".

As nurses, we are natural born healers, but we are often under so much stress from our day to day jobs that we forget to care for our own physical and mental well-being. Kara Wilson

Dietitian for Nurses

Kara is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer that specializes in helping nurses stop workplace weight gain. She believes in balance over perfection! That means reaching your nutrition goals so you can feel confident in your food choices and comfortable in your own skin, without giving up your favorite foods. After working in different clinical environments, she noticed a pattern of her colleagues (nurses specifically) taking amazing care of their patients but giving none of that care to themselves. So she founded Kara Wilson Nutrition in 2019 so she could help nurses fill their cups so they could keep pouring their selflessness, compassion, and kindness into others!

Ashleigh Small (MSN, RN, CCRN, PN1-SSRC) is a certified NICU nurse by night and night shift mentor by day.

​

Known as That Night Shift Nurse on social media, she is on a mission to flip the script on the negative night shift stigma and show nurses how to fit the night shift schedule into their life without sacrificing their health and sanity.

 

Nurses are talked to about night shift, but they are not taught how to navigate and live with the unnatural lifestyle that goes along with it. Ashleigh's Flip the Shift Method shows night shift nurses how to take charge of their schedule, build a routine to decrease the effects from working overnight, and confidently function and feel good on their terms!
